Unity of Purpose
Our common welfare comes first; personal progress depends on KCF's unity.
Servant Leadership
Our leaders are trusted servants — they do not govern. The final authority is a loving conscience of our community.
Open Membership
The only requirement for participation is a desire to contribute to community well-being.
Autonomy with Accountability
Each group is autonomous except in matters affecting the foundation as a whole.
Single Primary Purpose
Each platform carries a single primary purpose: to serve the people it was built for.
Financial Independence
KCF ought never endorse, finance, or lend the name to any outside enterprise.
Self-Supporting
Every initiative should be fully self-supporting, declining outside contributions that compromise independence.
Nonprofessional Service
KCF should remain forever nonprofessional — our work is one human being helping another.
Minimal Organisation
KCF, as such, ought never be organised; we may create service boards or committees directly responsible to those we serve.
No Opinion on Outside Issues
KCF has no opinion on outside controversies; the KCF name ought never be drawn into public controversy.
Public Relations
Our public relations policy is based on attraction rather than promotion.
